NOW is the time to make your reservations for the KOPSC Spring Banquet at The Desmond Hotel Ballroom in Malvern, PA on Friday, May 1st.  It’s the event of the season to connect, trade ski stories, eat and drink and dance the night away. 
 
When:    6 PM to 11 PM, Friday, May 1st 2026

Cost:     $95 for members 
                $115 for non-members 

Deadline:    April 15th (Please don’t miss this deadline!)
 
Join us at the amazing Desmond Hotel. We will start with appetizers and a cash bar in the covered  atrium overlooking the garden from 6-7 PM.  

There will be a huge cash bar for your enjoyment. (Dollars not CCs).  Buffet dinner in the beautiful ballroom with the buffet in an anteroom next to the bar.   We plan to do the awards and announcements during dinner so we can get dancing on their huge dance floor with Steve-O earlier.
 
Lydia will be bringing dance cards. As always, this is a “Dress to Impress” event, so ladies, feel free to wear your favorite cocktail dress, and gentlemen, dust off your tux or your favorite suit. 

Two new perks this year.   The Desmond is offering reduced room rate for the first ten rooms signed up in advance to allow remote members to stay overnight.  Please see Gavin to book. 

Secondly, the Desmond’s Bar Fox and Hound and the outside patio are open until 1 AM for guests that want a nightcap after the dance is over at 11 PM. 
 
We will offer gluten free and vegetarian option.  Please add request in comment area in order form on the store or email Gavin.
